Our process begins with a simple conversation to understand your vision and needs. From there, we start sketching initial designs before diving into details like materials, colours, and finishes.
Once you're happy with the concept, we provide a clear quotation so you know exactly what to expect.
If you’re happy to proceed we ask for a 10% deposit to secure you a production slot in the diary then with the details finalised, we create a 3D CAD model of your bespoke piece, allowing you to see how it will look and fit into your space. After addressing any final questions and confirming you’re ready to go ahead, two weeks before the scheduled date we ask for a 55% deposit to cover materials and initial labour, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
If you're local, you're always welcome to visit the workshop to take a look at your project — who knows, you might even get to add your own touch!
